Going on Vacation!! Yay!!

I am going on vacation to big snow country for the next three days. I will be doing a whole bunch of cross country skiing! Yay!!

Breakfast for today:

Kashi Go Lean, with handful of raisins.
1% milk.
Large cup of coffee.
1 Gala Apple

Energy for Wed. Feb 18th. LOST is on tonight!!

Each new day is an opportunity to succeed.

Breakfast: Kashi cereal (Kashi Go Lean) with a handful of raisins and skim milk, half an orange (tasted funny..ewww), and a hard boiled egg (I have an overstock of hard boiled eggs; I only eat the whites).

Note: I have been sick/ recovering with a cold since last Wednesday; some foods just don’t taste right. lol.

Diet for Tuesday Feb 17th.

Ack!! Not a good day for eating healthy!! Yuck!

Breakfast: Kashi cereal, with skim milk, and handful of raisins.

Lunch: grilled chesse with avacado, pretzels, hard boiled egg, and an orange.

Dinner: 4 turkey tacos, rice, and refreied beans.  Hard boiled egg.

Exercise: 7 min on NordicTrack. I should have went for a walk.

Breakfast:

Lunch:

-Grilled Cheese Sandwich w/ avacado

-Hard Boiled Egg

-Apple

Dinner:
-Left overs from my dad’s house:

Venison tenderloin wrapped in bacon. Red skin home fries, corn.  An orange.

Later: Pretzels.

Exercise:

15 minutes stationary bike

10 minutes eliptical

10 minutes stationary bike.
